One of my very first paper crafting tools was the humble circle punch. It’s one of those go-to tools… very simple but very handy to have. With the circle being such a classic shape and extremely difficult to cut well, it really was a no-brainer to invest in a few sizes of circle punches.
Enter the die cutting era. All those beautiful dies that are so much smaller, lighter and less expensive. I love my circle dies.
But…I will never part with my basic circle punches. Why? They are so quick and easy to use. And I’m all about making paper crafting as simple as possible. Totally worth the storage space. Today I’m excited to share a tutorial on the folded circles background. It may have another name. I’m not sure. It’s a technique I saw on a project somewhere so long ago that I have no idea when or where and finally took the time to figure out and try for myself. I’m in the CLASSroom with the tutorial and step outs and invite you to join me here.
Have a wonderfully creative day!
