There’s nothing quite like handmade is there? I’m assuming you must think so if you’re here reading this. After all, that’s what I do. I make things. And I like to share them with you. And you like to make them too.
Today’s day one of the MFT November Release Countdown. That means tonight is release night!!! Tuesday November 3rd at 10 pm EDT. Yay! Make sure you stop by here and the MFT blog and shop as there will be more inspiration and it will finally be time to shop!
I’m loving all the stitching and quilting inspiration that’s been part of this release from MFT! As a huge fan of sewing, I absolutely love the look but I do understand that pulling out a needle and thread is not everyone’s cup of tea. These new die sets make it super easy to bring the look to paper crafting even if you can’t sew a stitch! I’m absolutely loving the new Stitched Pinking Edge Square STAX Die-namics set. Whew! That’s a mouthful but it’s a classic and super fab set that I absolutely adore. To create this card I’ve die cut various patterned paper scraps using one of the smaller pinking edge square dies. Six of them fits nicely on a card front for a quilted look.
I’ve paired it up with lots of buttons and thread and other goodies all grouped together on a vellum tag. It’s from the Stitched Traditional Tags STAX that I used to die cut the vellum cardstock. For the sentiment, I turned to the new Let’s Get Cozy stamp set. It’s perfect to mix up with anything hand made or that keeps you cozy such as knitting, coffee and quilts. And of course, that lovely Handmade with Love sentiment can be stamped on the back of any project. We all put a little love into each and every design.
Lastly, the banner layer that the sentiment is stamped on and the other layers are all from the Die-namics Blueprints 20 set. Yes, a go-to favorite that never gets put away. Love it!
Check out some super fab inspiration and the last of the sneak peeks coming tonight to MFT on the MFT Blog !
