This card is an Easter card for my mom. Not your traditional card I know, but I just loved this celery patterned paper from Prima…one of my favorite colors and it just really reminds me of the fresh new greens of spring. I just love Spring…the way the bulbs and grass and trees seem to sprout from a deadened state and come to life again.
More flowers!!! I just adore flowers! They are so pretty, so flexible, I can make almost any type of card wtih flowers. I just ADORE this new Stampendous flower! So big, so bold, so fun, so gorgeous! I needed a quick bridal shower card last night and I just had to use my new stamp. I also had this piece of Basic Grey Romani paper

I decided to give it a little whirl by designing this little blog treat picture as, you guessed it, I want to share another little blog
I just love poppies! Those huge bright blossoms…who can resist? My aunt has the most gorgeous clump of them that come up every spring in her front yard. Depending on the coloring it can be elegant or funky! I needed another birthday card and I decided to work this card in with today’s color challenge…Pretty in Pink, Bravo Burgundy
Many of you who know my designs, know how much I love sewing on paper. At least 50% of my designs have some stitching on them…it is something I love to do and seems to go well with my style of creations. When I was asked to do a little sewing machine stitching on cards tutorial, I must admit it that it had never occurred to me before. It
I’ve had another busy day here! The kids missed the bus this morning and I took them to school. The little boys and I then had a lovely visit with my mom who was having a good day today. This afternoon I’ve been hard at work on a tutorial I’m going to share with you tomorrow! I had hoped to get a card design done
